This is a very professional yet so courteous group.  The office staff is so nice to deal with even had me checked in before I made it to the counter.  The technicians are very friendly and easy to work with.  I don't hear as well as I once did and they made sure to speak so that I easily heard. WOW! I don’t even know where to begin. My daughter ( and soon to be me as well) are seen here. From the second you walk in you are greeted by the kindest staff! After a short wait ( about long enough to fix a complimentary cup of coffee) a technician takes you back to a room to begin your exam. Now this is where my amazement comes in!
My daughter who is 4 and has a speech delay has always struggled with her vision. A lot of the problem was she couldn’t communicate what she could and could not see and would easily be frustrated. This NEVER happened with the staff here! They were all so patient with her! This was the first time she ever had a good evaluation that could really pin point her problem areas!
Today we picked up her glasses and the whole office including the amazing doctor Coggin came out to see her and cheer her on in her new adventure with glasses!
I know this post is long but I truly could continue.
